Hello Officers of Los Angeles Police Department,

I am writing to you in concern of a man named Carter Reynolds from Los Angeles. A video has been circulating about him, 19 years old, forcing his rumored girlfriend Maggie Lindemann, 16 years old, to perform sexual acts on him. A law in California states, "Statute defines child abuse as inflicting by non-accidental means physical abuse, neglect, sexual abuse, or sexual exploitation of a child under the age of 18."

I am writing to you as a concerned young adult about this case. As social media has become a large part of the world today twitter is sending links, promoting Carters acts of violence, sending death threats to everyone, and I'd like this case to be looked into. He should be tried in court for sexual abuse for forcing his "girlfriend" to give him oral, and recording a video of this teenage girl and having it leak on the internet. I personally have never seen the video because I have no interest in watching this teen suffer. I believe she's currently checked into a hospital though I do not know which one.
