In the event of a life threatening emergency, it is important that you have access to reach those who are trained to grant you the immediacy of attention that you and your loved ones so rightly deserve, and vice versa.

On Friday morning, February 11, 2011, you were threatened with not having this attention, because a train blocked the exit to our community for three hours. During this time, none of the residents of Carrington were allowed to enter or exit the subdivision. Leaving children stuck on unheated buses, and late for class; in addition to adult residents being late to their place of employment. All of this could have easily been prevented had there been an available alternate exit out of/in to the community.

We therefore request that Rialto Capital Management LLC create a passable exit/entrance that is available twenty-four hours a day and seven days a week for all of the residents of Carrington in the event that we, or other emergency personnel, are unable to enter/exit the community via the normal route.
