Members of Carriage Hill’s HOA signing this petition consent to amend its Declaration of CC&Rs from this:
4.1.3 Accessory Structures. …Basketball courts, backboards, or portable basketball devices shall be allowed in the back yard or side yard of any Building Lot, provided that such courts, backboards or devices do not promote noise or other nuisance that is offensive or detrimental to the other property in the vicinity of the Building Lot or offensive or detrimental to the occupants of such other property.
to this:

FINALLY. Why are we so worried about a portable hoop on a driveway. It takes two seconds to move if it really bothers anyone.
My kids just want to play ball in the driveway. This rule makes no sense when we have plenty of space in the front.

Need this changed immediately. Ridiculous that I cant have a hoop in my own front yard.
