Took this deal saturday via their web sites flash sale. Got a phone call today (tuesday) saying due to lack of information order cancelled but I could reorder it for £409 up front. Their so called flash sales looks like it was just a ploy to get peoples data

Took this deal on Saturday evening, received a e-mail today stating: Dear Miss ZHANG Thank you for ordering from Carphone Warehouse We've received your order Please keep a record of your transaction number (it's below). It will help us find your order quickly if you need to contact us and you'll need it to track DPD deliveries online. What happens next? As soon as your order has been processed and accepted we’ll send you a confirmation email to let you know it’s on its way. By this e-mail, It gave me some hope of getting this deal if I phone up and provide further details, but unfortunately, I followed the e-mail instruction and phoned them, I was on hold for 1 hour, but with only 1 answer, they could only offer me a another deal

My EE contract was due for upgrade yet they cancelled my order saying it was luck of the draw for those who got it!

The worst aftersales and customer service I have ever experienced. The only company that comes close is TalkTalk who just so happens is the inbred child of CPW.

Mine was cancelled too. I was eligible for upgrade and was sent an email telling me that my order has been cancelled. Upon calling I was told that the deal is not available anymore when infact it was available online when I placed an order. I was given an excuse that even though I placed an order online and it was available at the time but the deal was off when they were doing the credit check. That's not my fault if they take 2 days to do credit checkl
