On Saturday the 7th of December 2013, the Carphone Warehouse held a 'Flash Sale' selling mobile phones at reduced prices.

One of the items for sale was the Samsung Note 3 + Gear, free on a 24 month contract at £18.99 a month.

The Carphone Warehouse have honoured this deal to a select few, through no rhythm or reason. The rest of us have had our orders cancelled.

Not only this but some have been offered the phone, but with an upfront cost of £409.99. An offer which was available before and currently.

There so called 'flash sale' was a joke, and their conduct appalling.
