Traffic congestion issues in the area need to be address before any more development is considered that would make the situation worse.

Please reconsider the proposal. Wexford is not designed to handle through traffic. Davis Dr and Mccrimon Pkway are way too congested during rush hour and cannot take in any new developments

Driving around this area of Morrisville and Cary is already chaotic and dangerous at times. Please think long and hard about adding to the volume of residents and traffic that ensues. Parks and green space - yes. More housing and commercial space- no.

Please save our community from traffic congestion and noise pollution. There are children in our neighborhood.

I've been a resident of the Town of Morrisville for the past 14 years and have witnessed the continuously deteriorating appeal of a small town due to traffic and congestion caused by the selfish financial interests of property developers and apparent shortsightedness of the Town Council who only seems to focus on tax dollar revenue without seeing any need for much needed road and school infrastructure improvements. 14 years ago I proposed to the Town that property developers should be tasked to improve road and community infrastructure around the towns of Morrisville and Cary before being given permits to develop land but that fell on deaf ears and now all the residents suffer the endless delays on McCrimmon Parkway, Davis Drive and Hwy 54. Needless to say, I'm completely opposed to this type of unregulated growth and of turning our once beautiful towns into over-crowded and unappealing population jungles.

Please stop developing every piece of land. The area cannot support the traffic or the retail. Figure out the roads first, then develop.

Ruining neighborhoods in the community is not the way to expand driving options---hire a good city planner--right now you have one hot mess.

Building more businesses, housing, and recreational areas always brings more automobile traffic to an area. Those developments should not be continued without considering the impact to current infrastructure constraints (from roads and residential housing). If you are going to continue to build and expand, you should also take into account expanding roads and adding traffic signals to those same areas to relieve congestion. This shouldn't be a consideration but a requirement.

I oppose it. More high density houses without roads and schools does not make sense. The children should not spend hours in buses and residents and traffic.

No need for additional residential development when there us infrastructure issues with current population density.

I would not hurt people to go to Davis Drive to get to Harris Teeters. No thru road please and allow buffers.

I cannot imagine adding another development full of people to the traffic problem that is on our side of McCrimmon corners. You can sometimes already wait through three light rotations to get through those intersections depending on direction and time of day. Please, anyone responsible for deciding this, I ask you to spend time at that intersection before you make any decisions.

I strongly oppose Wexford roads to be opened any further. It would not only increase traffic but also is a security concern for the kids in the community.

These changes that are being proposed negatively impact our community. In addition poses more threat to our children in the community with thru traffic which is has been an increasing issue with the development of Manchester. I strongly oppose.
