In the past few weeks we've been notably understaffed. This is certainly not due to a lack of workers, seeing as we were fully staffed the entire week of Thanksgiving, and also we have two to three new workers join every week. Another recent issue is people being staffed on days that they have off. I myself was staffed on Monday night (my only night off) on the night I had a final exam, even though it was clearly marked on my availability. This has also happened to other employees. It is my suggestion that Carol should become the new scheduler, because of the long time she has worked here, her connection with the employees, and her understanding of the system.
