This is ridiculous. People deserve a second chance in this country.
Give the man a break.
honestly just let him have it. keeping people down like this is only gonna cause more problems in the long run. just let him work.
Matthew is a good guy who made a mistake years ago. let him work for god sake.
known matthew for a long time. he is honest and hardworking and he needs this license to support his family.

UNFAIR. He served his time he should be able to move on with his life now.
