IN SUPPORT OF TRANSITIONING THE NEW MEXICO STATE UNIVERSITY CARLSBAD BRANCH COMMUNITY COLLEGE (NMSU-C) INTO AN INDEPENDENT COMMUNITY COLLEGE

Inasmuch as NMSU Carlsbad does not provide the services that a university would, it makes total sense that the branch separate and be recognized as a community College.

I feel by doing this will help underprivledged teens get a chance to get into a college that can offer so much opportunities!

I support the autonomous running of our local university. Far too long NMSU has treated it as a second class facility.
