Although we live in Herrin, we come to Carbondale frequently each week to eat at the locally owned restaurants. The national chains will survive the lockdown, but I think you need to make changes to insure these locally owned restaurants survive as they’re the heart of the community.

I think during this medical crisis, it would be a helpful move for the City of Carbondale to do this.
