The car parking on River Road in Brentwood and the surrounding streets has become heavily congested. This is not due to residents parking but unfortunately this has been caused by ABC Taxis and their drivers, Highways Maintenance workers leaving Works vehicles and their own personal vehicles and also the new influx of office workers at the Intertek Offices.
