The only thing missing from your credentials appears to be a permit or permission to proceed, so follow their process and a solution will become available.

Proud to support Joe’s fishing & Waterman Service. Great services like these enable families to share quality time, learn about fishing and the lake. Most of all, limits the need for rentals to bring boats and still be able to participate in lake activities.
