Seeking justice and holding those who are relevant accountable.
Capitec Bank has misdirected funds to an irrelevant bank account during a money transfer. The funds belong to a student who is still disappointed with how incompitent Capitec Bank system's are and how unwilling they are to help you resolve your issues immediately(issues that they caused). The bottom-line is, Capitec Bank was negligent and this caused harm to one of their clients.
