My children's school have introduced that as of Sept 2017 children have to wear polo shirts and pe kits that have the school logo on. I have costed these up from both the supplier and a supermarket and there is a £100 difference to clothe two children. Then have other uniform to buy on top of this I.e shoes, skirts/dresses. A cheaper option could be to provide the logo separate, at a small cost, for parents to sew on.

A logo that can't even be seen on trousers as it's on the waistband - what can the purpose be other than to make us pay more?!

This in my opinion is for financial gain somewhere, here in the NorthEast where minimum wage or zero hours is quite common it's a huge ask to find such ridiculous funding for no sensible reason. Why should our Children's education be jepordised if the Patent cannot afford the uniform . And to subsidise the uniform is an insult to the Parents. Kids will we stigmatized by such actions.

With 5 children it's cheaper to buy trousers shirts etc from local super markets.

As long as children look smart they should be able to wear any uniform

Too much emphasis goes on uniform instead of focusing on the childs learning and education as long as the child is smart and wearing the correct uniform it shouldn't matter about putting logo's on everything and making them more expensive

things need to change .schools need to live in the real world... uniforms are important not logo`s + ticks .
