This development would add traffic, noise, pollution, harm wildlife migration and add many more high-priced lots to our local real estate market already flooded with un-built developments. It would put money in the developers' pockets but it will not be an asset to our community.

The extra traffic, damage to the deer corridor, water usage, contaminating our pond here in Glenshire and not getting them to follow rules as to put up signs and us to put in our comments until this point is unacceptable. The town of Truckee does not need this sprawl and why are you allowing this when several other development in Truckee and in Glenshire only have a few houses in them. They either go bankrupted or only have a few houses completed after about 5-6 years. Why build more when the developments we have can't become developed. Truckee needs more areas where we can walk and be in nature. Isn't that why we moved here. Keep our areas open and for our enjoyment.

There's no going back once the damage is done. This is a terrible idea for Truckee and the natural surroundings.

Please do not allow this development --- and, OF COURSE, a master plan process should be required for any future proposed development.

This should not be built its a very nice heavily wooded area that I love to go to an if it gets built I would be very sad that this area would be lost

This sprawl, with the additional miles driven, gas consumption, pollution, and traffic, is in direct conflict with what is needed for modern community planning, especially in light of current scientific information on our changing climate. In addition, it will put unacceptable demand on water resources, emergency response services (including fire abatement), and other infrastructure within the Glenshire community. What is also very concerning is the irreversible damage it will cause to our highly valued, but beleaguered, wildlife populations. Please say "no to Canyon Springs"!

The proposed development will destroy the wildlife corridors and dies not meet the Truckee plan.

Even though the FEIR attempts to say otherwise, the impacts are too great to be mitigated.

The community derives no benefits from this. The negative impacts are allnderstated in the EIR

Traffic, wildlife, and water resources should alone be enough to stop this project.

This development with change the whole ambiance of Truckee in the long & short term, and be highly detrimental for the environment & its nature inhabitants - so key to why Truckee is special & unique.

This is the very last thing that Truckee needs.

The increased pressure of traffic and water use alone justify not allowing the proposed development to continue.

We need open space more than we need vacant / over priced lots!
