Forgot the arts centre and restart mall. Malls in this city is not the issue. The major issue is affordable housing and lack of decent houses.

Get someone who actually knows about housing in Christchurch. He obviously doesn't have a clue! As long as he has a roof and quite obviously more than his 3 meals a day, bugger the rest!!!!

I think the gap in CHCH has widened since the EQ and noone is doing anything about it - till now!

Personally from what I have seen I am saying yes. I think the man hides behind the change he has already overseen as the earthquake minister and is not willing enough to take seriously the concerns of the community.

Being from Christchurch then moving to Auckland and watching the Ch Ch rebuild as my family are still here I believe Mr Brownlee is not opening his eyes and ears to what the people of ch ch want and also is not helping families in need
