We the undersigned wish to have our taxes for 2013 and 2014 rebated to levels equal to the rest of the City of Danbury. Our waterfront taxes have been unfairly assessed and levied based on inaccurate market data.

Further we wish to have adjustments made to our assessments perminently to properly reflect equality within the market and the other properties in the City of Danbury.
