The election conducted on Saturday 20 July 2019 by NANSSA ELCOM was a fraud. Several clean and clear allegations were levelled against the key members of the ELCOM (The Chairman and Secretary) who fully participated in the electoral fraud. However, the outgoing President absorbed them without attending to other members with rigging evidences

We Nigerian students vehemently reject the outcome of the 20th July 2019 (s)election conjured by the NANSSA president in collaboration with the ELCOM chair. It was a total sham and rape on the collective sensibilities of Nigerian students. A lot of irregularities were visibly pointed out before, during and after the elections but were ignored by the autocratic incumbents just to perpetuate their interests.

A lot of irregularities was evident in the process to the election proper. With confidence eroded, there is need to redo the election again with a new set of electoral umpires.
