The fact that we would have to pay for parking enforcement is dumb

We had already decided last year that we don’t want to pay for parking enforcement. It is not equitable for those who couldn’t afford the larger units, since our driveways only fit one car, and the garages are too small for a sedan (aka Honda civic). So there is nowhere else to park. Plus guests can park on Willow street itself or at Syl Apps - there are plenty of options. Finally, our guests have never had an issue finding a visitor spot in our neighbourhood since we purchased and moved in Feb 2016.

There's never been a time a guest can't get a parking spot.

I’m always amazed how residents of 80 Willow Street are made aware of decisions made ‘after the fact’. I request that a meeting be arranged wherein residents have the opportunity to present their Condo concerns in a personal open form. I would also be very interested in knowing the percentage of residents who are actively and continuously complaining about the parking. Please withhold names I think percentage would suffice.I have lived here since the beginning and I have never; in nine years, had a problem with visitor parking.

Remove the ridiculous cost of control parking, which I never voted for or was asked about

Additionally, it is inequitable to expect those with single car garages and driveways to always be able to use their own spaces all the time, since they are very small and often don’t fit many regular sized vehicles. Plus there is an abundance of other options for visitors to park if all of our spaces are full, such as Willow Street itself, the small plaza parking lot at the corner or Willow and William, and the Syl Apps Community Center.
