This show was bad enough when Barbara Walters was part of the panel, but it has been spiraling downward for quite some time. Raven Simone - really? Purple, green, blue hair and sometimes shaved head - really? Whoopi, with her holier than thou attitude - really?Time to call time of death and pull the plug. Plus, their "so-called" apology was just another slap in the face to the millions of nurses they offended in the first place. Do they realize their disrespect has gone international? Never watched the show, but I've seen enough on the video clips. Shame on you for making fun of not only your fellow human beings, but also the entire nursing profession! Sorry, that was not an apology! It only made you all look incredibly ignorant.

I've not liked the view on a Betty long time. The only people they can get are washed up has beens. There was absolutely no sincerity in the scripted "apology" then to turn around and blame us for "not hearing her right". NO! NOT GOOD ENOUGH!

The view continually stirs contention with every topic they discuss. They have insulted and degraded and entire profession of people who are devoted to helping improve the quality of life for billions of people each year. Their "apology" was an insult the the audience and nurses intelligence. They should be removed from the air. We are tired of their views!

The comments made by The View just show their total ignorance and lack of respect and education about what nurses do. We must stick together and put a stop to the demeaning comments that "society" say about nurses. We all deserve so much more respect......
