Although I only suffered through moments of this show on rare occasions while in my patient's hospital room when trying to assess them with MY STETHOSCOPE, these moments were too long. Cancel "The View".........American deserves better, more intelligent shows and certainly women with greater intelligence !!!!! Maybe they should hire NURSES to have a REAL TALK show about things in life that truly matter !!!!!

Their blatant disregard and mockery for a true art and profession is disgusting. Nursing has struggled for years to be recognized for the skill and profession that it is, and these women have in their minds set back the profession of nursing many, many years.

I am a hard working RN of 10+ years and I am extremely insulted by the opinions that were expressed by these narrow minded privileged women who claim to represent women of all walks of life. Shame on them! They no longer deserve the right to have a public platform!

Asking the network to help heal our nation by removing The View from the airwaves. I will no longer support negative programming that propagates the lives of a group of egocentric shallow women who do not know what it is to do a good deed for another person.

When people don't know what they're talking about, perhaps they shouldn't be in a position as she's in. She's hurt the nursing profession deeply. We need more nurses, and I hope these statements don't drive those away from thinking about getting into the medical field. It's a committed and compassionate profession. In making the rest of us look stupid, she has only caused herself to wear that sign. Nursing students: don't throw out your $400 stethoscope, it's still good, and there's no such thing as a doctor's stethoscope.
