We all know that media shows thrive on hype. These women should be ashamed of themselves. The comments they made were irresponsible and then to blame the nurses saying they weren't listening. I was a medical assistant at a hospital and in doctor offices. More times than not the doctor BARROWED my stethoscope. As a show host if you get something wrong just admit it, own it and apologize for it.

This show sickens me and have worked as a CNA then MA then LPN. Funny how I never went a day of work in 20 years without a Physician asking to use MY stethoscope!

Cancel the view for their lack of knowledge of nursing and making demeaning comments about Ms Colorado who actually works and gave a true story of her work and the affect of Alzheimer's that is a big problem. I mean to say she is in a costume and why is she wearing a doctors stethoscope. Well a work uniform is not a costume! Nurses use stethoscopes all day, and save lives with a tool that other hospital professions use as well. Nurses work long shifts taking care of patients at all levels of care. We put our lives on the line everyday. We could get stuck by a dirty needle and get a horrible disease. We can be hit by patients that are confused, mean, drunk, etc., and we can get hurt maybe with a bruise or severely that requires surgical intervention that changes our lives. The lack of apology was classless. Nobody cares about

From bringing on Jenny McCarthy to bashing breastfeeding to now insulting a whole Healthcare profession The View has done nothing but harm this nation's public health and it is long overdue to pull the plug.
