This show has gone down in the last 5 years or more. You can change any of the women you want but it still is a stupid show. Everyone talks at once and no one knows what the other is saying. Proof that day Joy and Michelle did not even hear themselves . They were spouting off thinking they were funny. I feel sorry for the girl on the right, Paula she never gets heard. Dump this stupid show . The nurses commemt is not the only thing they have screwed up on. It is one of many.
