A half hearted apology is NOT an apology. "You (nurses) weren't listening"--really!! We heard you loud and clear! "The View" has run its course and Michelle, Joy, Raven and sadly even Whoopie, have ran it to the ground. Cancel "The View" --it is not worth watching!

Maybe I wanted to be doctor and ended up a 'just a nurse' but I don't think so, I chose it to HELP people, not bully or belittle them.

The show should be about empowering women. The women around that table have done nothing but degrade and berate other women. The comment about the nurse and the so called apology was the last straw. I do not want to see the show air ever again. I will not be supporting any of the sponsors for this show until it is removed from television.

As a Nurse of 22 years and Nurse Practitioner of 16 years, I am offended by the ignorance of the hosts of the View. I will not watch it or patronize any business that sponsors them. This show should be cancelled.

Time to cancel The View. I will never watch this show again and will not use products of known sponsors. I am a nurse of 34 years and agree with so many other health care professionals......the comments made on the show were mean,, rude and tasteless about nurses. And the attempted apology was worse. They tried to turn it around and say we weren't listening, we misconstrued. No we didn't. We use our ears often, especially with the "doctors stethoscopes" and hear quite well. To say they were insulting is putting it mildly. To demean a profession on tv, instead of talking privately in their home, is wrong. They were inflicting their pathetic opinions to millions in public. This is bullying.
