The View is exactly the kind of media coverage that keeps our country in turmoil. Barbara Walters has for years given so many interviews with great people and I can't believe that she would even be involved with the abuse these women (not ladies) dish out on a daily basis. It has gotten way out of control and it's time to end it !

Nurses are hardworking people men/women sacrificing time with their families to serve yours. They work long and hard hrs. 10-12 hr shifts. I was recently in the hospital, for 4 days. I had the same 2 nurses all 4 days and shift change was 7 am and 7 pm. I thought to myself then, wow these nurses work long hrs. They deserve respect and much more.
Cancel the View I say and put them in the trash where they belong.

These women have shown just how out of touch they are with the real world. I think it is time they were reintroduced to reality by losing the financial support they are receiving in the form of employment on this bigoted show. These women are spoiled egotistical useless creatures who just informed everyone else how they actually feel about them, lets share our feeling about them now. Sign the petition.

As someone who relies on my nurses to keep me and my family healthy, we respectfully ask that you stop promoting ignorance and cancel this show. Nursing requires an advanced degree, clinical rotation and many unforgiving hours of dedication and hard work. This wasn't just ignorance about nurses. This was demonstrated ignorance of an entire working class! Get educated yourselves or get off the air.

Everyday I wear my "doctors" stethoscope and my "nurses costume" because after all, I am "just a nurse".
I work long hours taking care of patients who are sometimes unappreciative of my nursing duties, yet I love my job. I'm a mother, a wife, a daughter, a friend and a NURSE.
I am beyond blessed to have a career that is so rewarding.
Shame on you, "the view" for downplaying and attempting to make a mockery of all of us hardworking nurses. The same nurses who care for you without thinking twice.
I can't wait to see the day this this "TV show" is cancelled.

The View is a waste of airtime that could be used in a much more intelligent, more informative way. These 5 women are nobodies and no one really cares about their opinions on anything, especially a honorable profession like nursing. Time for them to be unemployed.
