Our Water and Sewer rates currently start at $8.25 each for a total of $16.50.

Many people here do NOT use much more water then that while others use way more.

I was told that the owners do not wish to update the Water Meters in the trailer court so have decided to take the rate the city has charged and divide it by the number of trailers.(as far as I can tell)

This in itself is flat our robbery, many do not have washers and dryers or live alone. Some use more water.

I wish to gather signatures to insist that we, as tenats of this trailer cdourt are ALL treated equally based on our OWN water useage which means that we WANT the court to update the Water Meters and treat us fairly.

To often the 'management' oversteps its bounds and does what it wants without regard to what is right.

if we stand together and refuse to pay these exorbitant rates of $57.00 per trailer,we CAN make a difference and make the management and/or the city, to treat us fairly.
