It will make more sense to push providers to do in person service than push SC to conduct in person meeting. That's what the family really cares about!

IFSP meetings should continue remotely as many SCs are not working in NYC. Remote IFSP meetings have been going very well and there's no reason not to continue.

parents are very happy with virtual meetings and makes it much easier as many of them work nassau county EIOD it's difficult to leave work to attend a meeting rather than being able to have a meeting on their lunch break and not have to leave the office. It also allows the coordinators the ability to service more children

Virtual IFSP saves time of families, eiods, and service coordinators. Saving the time from traveling, waiting, cancelling/rescheduling, we can be doing our other duties. Ever since IFSP have been via phone call, in my personal case load, i have not had any cancellations of meetings due to parent being late or not being able to attend due to whatever reasons.

COVID cases are still rising in the city. We showed that we can be as efficient by having remote IFSP.

I believe in person ifsp should be put on hold as America has not gripped Covid fully new variants are coming about. I don't believe sitting in a office with other families/children who are not mandated to be vaccinated is fair.. it's unfair as service coordinators that we were given short notice to prepare. We work hard to make sure families are receiving quality services. Please keep us safe.. we should not be subjected to any possible Covid contact especially in non ventilated ei offices. Not fair at all. I enjoy servicing families however I'm now fearful

Remote IFSP Meetings have proven to be just as effective and way more efficient than In Person IFSP's. In addition, there is a still the risk of COVID to EIOD's, Service Coordinators and Families.

Via phone is better for parents and SC and the team

In addition to that NYC streets and subways are more unsafe than ever due to high criminal rates. In person home vistis should also canceled. Therapist have the option to do telehealth or in person and so should SC. SC has multiple meetings in a day in different locations and boroughs tha could be done in person as effecient and productive. Covid is always in waves. Forcing in person will be less productive and a set back in EI.

I believe that remote IFSPs were much more effective. With the cost of gas, babysitting and parking it is not worth it. I have been very successful in obtaining consents.

Family Driven program right? This has been such a beneficial change for the family and speeds up the process so children are provided services without the delay. This would be a step in the wrong direction with bringing this program to the current times.

There is a lot people with emotional problems around the city, crime went up and the regional offices do not have enough space to have the EIODs, parents and children, evals reps and SCs in one small office.
