Not every thing is black. Down water down Black history by doing this. Show proper respect to others.

This fictional wrong hypothetical theory should not be broadcasted as a non fiction documentary as it's misleading, historically wrong and enforces afrocentricism on Egyptian culture. This is beyond disrespectful and ethically wrong! Netflix should not be a platform for spreading historic lies and weak theories.

To be quite honest, I’m sick and tired of certain groups picking and choosing their versions of history, all while shouting about “culture appropriation” yet committing more appropriation than most anyone else. I’m also tired of said groups making claims of ownership over practically everything…..

Cleo deserves respect for being who she is despite murdering her sister and brother. Revisionist history just distorts the true historical person. Cleo was the product of 7 generations of Macedonian inbreeding so definitely Mediterranean genes.

Documentaries are supposed to be based on truth and should not be politicized, or appropriated from cultures for financial gain. The African culture is so rich and unique and doesn’t need to be represented falsely by stealing another people’s culture. This “pretend” documentary is hurting the African culture and its people and it’s also hurting the Hellenic people. Keep documentaries real.
