The narrative of disregarding the teachings of your educators or scholars is a dangerous thing to teach impressionable youth. Rather than disregarding their teachings, challenge them and find evidence, or lack of, that support or prove otherwise. That is learning and discovery. There are many clues as to who Cleopatra was from the origins of her name, the history of her lineage, and the marriage between her relatives.
