Morals are weakening at the expense of our children’s future. Drags have NO place in children’s setting of any kind.

Story booked rated 4yrs+ should not be read to 1yr olds. As Sam stated on 3aw, the purpose is to make kids feel included in the community. Please explain how a 1yr old knows the difference between he/she/they or what their body even is. Sam has very provocative photos on his social media and I am not comfortable for the kids that my children are going to school with/ playing at the park with, to be exposed to this. The mayor states that we shouldn't worry as our children don't have to go. This doesn't take away from the fact that my children are exposed to other children in this community and I don't want my 3yr old hearing from another child about sexual identity or hearing the 'drags hips go swish swish'. Either change the age range of this event for older children or cancel this event.

Sexualisation of kids, another sign of the moral rot of society soon will be open paedophilia, like times before Christianity—anyone with a vague understanding of history knows this. So you are either ignorant or lack all integrity. Maybe get on the right side of history before true masculinity comes back full force and like all times in the past, wipes out the absurd and immoral.

Young children should not be exposed to a sexualised parody of womanhood. The majority of the library membership are not in favour.

Stop sexualising children. Would you let strippers read to kids? Drag is adult entertainment.

Drag is for adults ! It’s actually had it’s day, you wouldn’t allow black face would you ? You wouldn’t allow mockery of disabled people would you ? SO WHY WOULD YOU ALLOW THE MOCKERY OF WOMEN …let alone the sexualisation of children …. Come on Now show some Leadership and stop this event !

Don't make the mistake of believing that all drag queens support these storytelling sessions.
