CAIE shouldcancel the upcoming May/June 2021 examination, here are the reasons listed below 1. The first and foremost reason is the cancellation of both Edexcel and OxfordAQA exams. Not canceling CIE would be nothing but injustice. 2. Secondly, a global pandemic is going on, even if it doesn't seem like it, lives are being lost on the daily, hence if so many students are cramped together in a small little space chances of catching the virus is very much possible. Our health should be considered as the top priority. 3. Thirdly, regions where exams have been cancelled the students are going to get teacher assessed marks and in most of our cases the teacher assessed marks WILL be better than the grades that will be achieved if we sit for the exams no matter how hard we try, thus we fall behind and our future will most definitely be impacted. 4. During this 10 months of online classes a lot of us weren't able to cope up with the numerous gaps within subjects because of several named reasons due to which the preparations are anything but enough to get the grade that we had initially aimed for which again will make us fall behind. 5. It is only fair that we get the same treatment as all the other students of the other two major boards are getting, and not only that even CIE themselves cancelled the examinations in specific regions. We deserve to be treated equally. Hence even after all these if someone is thinking that we're with the idea of cancelling the exams only because we do not study then that is not the case because all of us were okay with the exams being taken until both boards cancelled their exams. Either all 160 countries give exams or no one does.

I’d like to go for prediction grades as the situation is yet not safe to conduct physical exams and online classes aren’t effective enough

Exam must be cancelled because this is pure injustice and unfair.how can they expect us to sit for the exam whereas we didn't even see the school gate for the past 1 year???? On top of that, online class isnt effective even at its tiniest bit

Exams must be camcelled since we students didn't get the privilege to attend classes the traditional way. And online classes were never as effective as the regular ones. It's unfair on us to be expected to sit for exams while we clearly had so much to deal with in the last one year due to the pandemic.

online classes are not interactive enough for us to perpare for A level examination. Plus its not fare for us to give the exam as all other boards have either cancelled or have lowered the syllabus content.

As the other boards already cancelled it’d be very unfair to us if Cambridge didn’t and I think that zoom classes are nearly not enough to prepares us for a large scale board exam. Other than that the Covid-19 risk always remains and we can never be too sure! Cambridge is risking our lives and our future. Other than that the whole Covid-19 thing had us drained mentally. We lost many of our closest for me it was my grandmother and just a few days back my grandpa was seriously ill and had been admitted but he’s better now, but the point is we went through so many ups and downs and lost so much progress in our studies its unbelievable and we are in no way shape or form ready for our exams
