I, ___________________ being a resident of Canada hereby state:

That on/or about December 29, 2021 and Furthermore, on or about January 29 2022, Justin Trudeau, the Prime Minister of Canada, stated on a public television broadcast in Quebec & Ontario, that those who have not been vaccinated are very often “Misogynists and Racists”, he then stated that “They don’t believe in science/progress”. Finally, Mr. Trudeau went on to make the statement “This leads us, as a leader and as a country, to make a choice: Do we tolerate these people?” and “that they take up some space.” Then he reiterated the same sentiments about peaceful Citizens of Canada at a Freedom Protest and added on or about January 29 2022 “ they are a fringe element”.

As a citizen(s) of Canada, me/our safety is paramount and guaranteed, by the Criminal and Summary Law Codes of Canada. We are now in jeopardy by the simple fact that Mr Trudeaus comments make me/us an identifiable group, (when proof of vaccine is requested from us or when we choose freely to participate in lawful, peaceful gatherings). These comments made by Justin Trudeau, have not only put my/our lives in jeopardy but have made me/us afraid of living a normal life. I/we when going out alone “NOW FEAR FOR MY/OUR SAFETY, ARE AFRAID TO GO OUT IN PUBLIC, ARE FEARFUL OF REPRISALS, ARE FEARFUL THAT I/WE MAY BE SUBJECT TO VIOLENCE & EXPERIENCING THINGS THAT WERE NOT MINE/OURS BEFORE JUSTIN TRUDEUAS RHETORIC & HATEFILLED COMMENTS. These egregiously fearsome statements he made are not by an unknown citizen, but by the leader in the highest office of this great country, Canada. He leads by example whether he realizes or not. Ignorance of the Law is no excuse! He of all people should be held accountable to the Laws of Canada. His words and actions by any minimum of standards, are by fact; promoting hatred and violence against an identifiable group, (specifically); individuals who have not received any or all Covid-19 Vaccination doses whether by choice or not. This is bullying by him, the media and is completely unacceptable. CBC CTV news promote his comments and are Accessory to the fact, Criminal Code (R.S.C., 1985, c. C-46) 463 .

Furthermore upon our review of and pursuant too; Part VIII of The Criminal Code (R.S.C., 1985, c. C-46) s.319(3) {Defense}. I/We make the claim that the aforementioned part of The Criminal Code supported by the evidence imparted herein take away any defense Mr Trudeau may have had and as Attorney General you cannot turn a blind eye to this obvious crime against us, who are legal citizens of Canada.

I/ We are demanding that charges, pursuant to The Criminal Code (R.S.C., 1985, c. C-46) s. 319(1) and 319(2)

Are made and proceeded upon immediately. Anyone and everyone in Canada are subject to Canadian Law. Bullying in anyway shape or form is not allowed by the Laws of this Great country we all LOVE, and cannot be tolerated for any reason for anyone.
