we as canadians have the right to have our spouse visit us in canada ,even prisoners have visit rights but bc we marry a foreigner we have not got that right ! so iam starting this petition to try have this rule changed time for change in this area .it should not be impossiable for youe spouse to come to canada and visit you ,canada says keeping famlies together ,well time to proove it and not make people wait months and sometimes years to be with their husband or wife or family , this is rediclious ,there should not be discrimination about you spouse comming to see you ,i my self called an immergration lawyer and was told only 1% of applaciants get a visa this is just not they way it should be you should be allowed to be with you spouse no matter where they come from if they have no crimnal bcak ground they should be allowed to be in canada to with their husband or wife
