My wife and I each fly about 8-10 times annually (at least once overseas) and have always chosen Air Canada whenever possible. We will never fly Rouge unless there is no other choice available.

It is a clear decision that relates only to bottom line. Crowd the plane, charge the same.

Rouge is the only choice for Air Canada direct flights to Las Vegas from Toronto. The cost has not gone down but the service definitely has.

Air Canada should be ashamed to be offering this kind of service and comfort .

the joke is - Air Canada called the service Rouge because the seats are so tight, you turn red during a flight. Please consider at least offering regular flights on your longer haul destinations. I now use other airlines reluctantly because of the discomfort.

Mostly agree that as a paying traveller I should have a choice, and I have chosen to avoid Rouge wherever possible.

such a shame that a "brand" like Air Canada would screw this up so badly.

This airline totally sucks!! I cannot believe you have taken regular flights off key routes to replace them with Rouge. The planes are ancient!!!!! run a better business than this,
