A trip to be avoided for anyone over 6' at all cost. A definite impact on one's perception of using Air Canada.

Thrilled to see this petition. I am the President and CEO of Discount Car and Truck Rentals. Air Canada has come so far, and Rouge is such a huge step backward. I refuse to fly with it.

I have opted to fly on airlines such as American and Lufthansa to avoid flying Rouge and will continue to do so unless non-Rouge Air Canada options are provided on Rouge routes.

My family and I are long standing, loyal Air Canada customers who are also considering other travel options. We've managed to avoid Rouge all winter by traveling in and out of Miami rather than our preferred Ft. Lauderdale destination but now it seems, as of May 1 all flights in and out of Miami will also be limited to Rouge. After experiencing Rouge for the first time a few weeks ago, I can tell you that we will no longer subject ourselves to this kind of service. You've not only lost our business, you've lost our loyalty. Very disappointing.

I too am a regular client and am very upset by lack of comfort and service on Rouge. I have sent in many complaints and have never been contacted by Air Canada personal.!!!

I have been a loyal Air Canada customer for many, many years and have travelled all over the world on Air Canada. Rouge is an insult to your loyal customers. When going to Florida, which I do many times a year I switched from Ft. Lauderdale to Miami, and now Toronto/Miami is Rouge. I guess A/C wants me to now switch to American! I'm going to Costa Rica with my entire family of 16 people and that's Rouge also. I've had enough!!! You need to rethink this.
