Thank you for evolving our society and stopping the bigotry. As a woman I was saddened by the bigoted lobbying by Hilla Kerner of Vancouver Rape Relief. This is not how most women in Vancouver and BC feel. I would prefer to share space with Trans women than with bigots like Hilla Kerner and Vancouver Rape Relief.

Feminism is about eliminating gender-based prejudice and discrimination in all it's shapes and forms. This includes discrimination against trans and non-binary genders as well.

I believe that trans rights are human rights.

Feminism must be intersectional and must include all; any feminism that does not is not actually feminism.

Trans rights are human rights. It is imperative that Canada not ignore and further marginalize our trans sisters (and brothers).

The right of someone to express their identity and that be supported by the systems and community around them should be a basic human right. Let's make that happen, it is overdue.

equality, equity for all groups is what feminism is supposed to be, not further marginalize someone because of a body part. gender is between your ears not your legs.

As a staunch feminist who supports all people, regardless of how they choose to present their gender, I fully support this bill.

As a lifelong feminist and activist it is utterly against the equality goals of feminism to discriminate based on birth sex. I support all women. Within our gender there are enough levels of privilege and enough intersections that we cannot begin to exclude any group.
