Are you having problems with the C-Tran bus system? Do you take Medicaid Dial-a-Ride buses? Here are a few problems I have been having: When I call to cancel a bus it takes several calls to reach someone. Even though I cancelled a bus, it shows up. When the bus is late, I try to call back and tell someone to find out why. Usually have to leave 2 or 3 messages and never reach anyone. When trying to get something done, going to higher up and being told that I was swearing at her, then she yells and hangs up, but not before threatening to bar me from Medicaid buses for good. The same problems are on-going that were problems for many years. Do you see any good changes in the C-Tran bus system?
