Assumption, with no follow up, and the only evidence to support my innocence was destroyed according to the courts.. Why destroy evidence before testing it?? I now have a DYING baby in care, my eldest is "thank god" now out of care but is also VERY scarred by the way they go about their "stealing" of kids. Based solely on here say

What needs to occur is that DOC's and the Family Court be included in the Current Royal Commission. If the Government was serious about a Royal Commision into the abuse of Children they would have included these agencies without question. The current Royal Commission like most Royal Commissions is about appeasing the people and making the Government smell like roses. This is a copout. They need to look at the root of child abuse in this Country and that needs to start with DOC's and the Family Court who illegally take children from their families and breakup their relationships with their parents and siblings. These agencies are renowned for placing abused children back into the hands of the abusing parent or gardian. I encourage every parent and citizen of the Commonwealth of Australia to stand up and exercise their rights against this outrageous corruption. Its up to US 'People power will win the day." Remember united we stand, divided we fall? They are OUR children and we have a right to be part of their lives and not be dictated to by corrupt agencies. There is a class action in progress regards this matter, so all we be required to stand in account for their unlawful behaviour.

Not just DOCS, but all welfare agencies in Australia, instead of tearing families apart, how about they offer the support that some families need to keep their kids home

My children were removed in 2001 as I was unable to keep their violent father away, so I was seen as unable to protect my children from him. The children ended up with his Mother and Step-Father,by "accident", after the children had witnessed violence in the Foster placement in Nowra, and was asked and agreed to them being placed with my x Mother-in Law and her Husband...well known to the Dept, my x- husband has had constant access, and now has made a Pact with the children not to see me or their maternal Grandmother.Ms Goward is well aware of the case, all those involved are aware of what has happened, however violent Fathers making Pacts with children is fine by them because "the placement is the most important thing".It's a bad joke, but it's not funny.At every turn, the "Carers" have disrupted my contact..I have thousands of pages of affidavit material.The Child Rep who originally wanted the children removed has apologised and insisted that it be put on record "that the Department and Carers had white-anted me for 5 years". Did it make a difference? I still feel like a victim of Domestic Violence with what my x-husband has accomplished with the aid of his parents.Beyond shameful.

A royal commission is long overdue into the corruption of this department who have unregistered caseworkers with more power then any other profession accountable to no one tearing families apart and not providing any help or support

I have witnessed the utter disrespect of Children and their families by this Hostile, Toxic and Corrupt Department. I was shocked and appalled by the unethical and immoral attitude of this Department, where support and assistance for families in need of Community Services DOES NOT EXIST.

DoCS took my two hour old baby on an ASSUMPTION. They failed to investigate and follow procedure. I have detailed over TWO HUNDRED breaches of the law and policy / guidelines by those involved in the kidnap and extortion of my baby. She is home now after five months of their fishing expedition. I have recently applied for a compensation payment - which they have failed to acknowledge. If so many crimes can be committed in one case - how many are being committed elsewhere. The system is rought with corruption. The Ombudsman will not intervene unless court is over - which means parents have no way of enforcing that caseworkers abide by the law when dealing with them. ICAC are not interested. NGOs who are former child abusers are profitting billions participating in the trafficking of our children. When will it stop.
