The town cannot cope with the increase in population with its current infrastructure. We need investment into the high street, schools, roads and support services before the community should be consulted to where, if any additional homes should be built. There has been a considerable increase in property development in the past 4 years. District council needs to be checked to stop it continually developing Wincanton to appease central governments policy on development at all cost.
penn view seems crammed enough, doesn't need more houses behind it, children will have too go to outisde schools etc, silly idea

Bayford is a small village that already suffers from a traffic problem. What is not needed is another 120+ cars adding to the current problem.

This site is only going to add to the already suffering employment status. there are not enough businesses to offer work once people move in, let alone our already busy schools!!

Unnecessary building that will destroy the small bit of countryside wincanton has left along with the wildlife in it . The community spirit and safety of penn veiw will be lost and with the only park left maintained , safe and ungraffitied .

This proposed site will have a devastating effect on the landscape. The town infrastructure is not capable of supporting amenities within the town. The extra traffic associated with such new build will cause issues for the surrounding village

completely agree schools,doctors cannot cope with more demand and promises if previous building would help the town,businesses has not happened and the high street has more empty shops than ever.local people are not benefitting either as it seems to be other nationalities that are getting a lot of the new homes
