Cameras in classrooms, an initiative to make a nationwide difference in our public education system.
Could you imagine, the amount of professionalism that would be displayed by our nation's educators if parents, Department of Education officials and school principals could simply dial into the classroom via the Internet and watch their children being educated.
This would put an end to teachers bullying students, acting unprofessional, surfing the Internet instead of monitoring what their students were doing. This would also allow parents to experience first-hand how and what their children are being taught.
This will allow parents real-time information about a child's behavior well in class. It's true that children behave quite differently when their parents are watching them, and it's also sometimes true that teachers behave quite differently when parents are watching them to.
I pledge to personally send this petition along with it's signatures to the top official in the Department of Education in all 50 states as well as to the United States Department of Education.
Finally. Some teachers think they can say whatever they want behind closed doors. Knowing someone could be watching them at any time would keep them in line real quick.

Are you kidding me? This is a massive invasion of privacy for the kids and the teachers. Nobody wants to be watched like a lab rat while trying to learn or do their job.
