Please help and support this petition to repeal SB (Senate Bill) 199. If you have not heard of SB 199, it is a bill to change the way BB, pellet, and airsoft guns look and their classification. If this bill passes as of January 1st, 2016 your current unmarked airsoft guns in the state of California can get you a fine of up to $10,000. A fine for having a toy gun is a joke. This bill will not help airsofters. In fact this could be used for someone to disguise a real firearm as an airsoft gun. This bill has the potential to cause more harm than good.
