That concrete has been on the road for 20 years unbelievable . Also a Spanish taxi driver told me that the military are partly responsible for the upkeep of the road and they and the Ayuntamiento have been arguing for years who is going to pay for it

This must be one of the most dangerous roads on the island.

The condition of the road is unacceptable. If it is the responsibility of the Cabido to maintain the road then the Ayuntamiento of San Bartolome should be applying maximum pressure for its repair. If, however, the Ayuntamiento is responsible then they should get on and repair the road. We do not need any meetings what we need is, long overdue, action. El estado de la carretera es inaceptable. Si es responsabilidad del Cabildo para mantener el camino entonces el Ayuntamiento de San Bartolomé se debe aplicar presión máxima para su reparación. This road is not only used by the village but a lot of people use it as a route through to the North of the island and it is a death trap. People are working long and hard to get this done so please positive or helpful comments

The road from the LZ2 going up to Guime,Calle Guasimeta is an embarrassment and the Ayuntamiento should be ashamed to let it go to such a dilapidated condition. It is dangerous

I have lived in Guime for the past 16yrs & I have never driven on a road as bad as thi. We have also had the expense of a wheel rim & 2 tyre replacements. Its is also a death trap at night time. I am ASHAMED to give directions to my friends & family via this road to Guime. I have never seen it surfaced since I moved here!

Road needs urgent attention - car breaker!

That road is the worst that I have seen, it needs to be resurfaced and fast!

I have had to buy 2 new tyres over the past year due to the pot holes down that road. I have lived here for 12 years and it has never been re-surfaced.
