CALL To Suspend Vaccination For Those Under 30 (esp. 12 to 15 year-olds)

We are grandparents of four teenagers

(father of 2 teens)

If Singapore still need our males to serve National Service and to protect our nation, please withdraw this "mandatory" exercise to stop vaccinating our youths. It has been understood its voluntary. Please do not force it to be mandatory. Very concerned mother of 2 teenage boys.

Perhaps the traditional vaccines for them

Hope you consider this appeal to suspend Covid vaccination for 30yrs n below.

Totally agree that we should be prudent because we are dealing with our precious next generation. After all, like what has been reported, 80% protection effacacy after first dose, surely we can put vaccination program on this group on hold while analysing and deliberating on the new data by world experts to guarantee safety before proceeding with 2nd dose.

I urge the minsters to stop the vaccination of Singapore teens. Don’t even think about making it compulsory too. Why do we want to risk their precious life when It is now known that there is a link between the vaccine and heart problems. The benefits of the vaccine do not outweigh the risks. Every child is precious to the family. Please stop.

Why is the politician.. forcing the younger generation to vaccine when this young people are still growing age and there is no guarantee on the vaccine .Don't you think the government should do more research before getting everyone to had the vaccine.i vote no .for younger generation to have the vaccine

I cannot imagine our Singapore government is considering to make such an irresponsible and rash decision on our children. The irrational pressure they are giving to vaccinate our children has been extremely disturbing and upsetting to many parents for the past weeks. This is an unapproved vaccine, an experimental vaccine, it should not be mandatory for all.

Safety should comes first. Safety shouldn't come in later when the problem had already occurred! Deaths or serious injuries.

The Covid vaccines are an experimental drug NOT APPROVED and not licensed by the US FDA. There has been widespread adverse effects on children already. Our government must not subject their citizens and our children to this type of clinical trials.

Children and youth generally have stronger immunity and if suffered covid19, their recovery rate is 98.5% . DO NOT subject our children to this untested novel mRNA vaccine. Our youth are future leaders of our nation. DONT risk our future.

As a Singaporean I am of great concern.Pls don’t put children of Singapore at risk.

Suspend the vaccination for our young adults especially our children between 12-15 years old.

There is simply no long term data for the mRNA vaccines. Any scientist/medical professional/politician who claims the vaccines are safe are only making conjectures. Children and youths only suffer mild disease or are mostly asymptomatic when they contract the virus. There is no strong impetus to make them take an experimental vaccine except for self-serving reasons. As a parent in Singapore, I stand strongly against vaccinating our youths and call for more transparency in sharing data.
