The decision to correct her behavior was a bit too harsh as the she is still growing in her career hence she admitted to her wrong doing. My take or view is that she get a better sanction is addressing the matter as she will be a better employee of our loved Ligwalagwala. She is not perfect so we plea for her re-instate to her position
