Call to petition to all Eritreans and Friends of Eritrea

It is very shamefull to accuse a Nation The Human Rights Repport does not represent Eritrea, the Eritrean people both outside and inside Eritrea Finally I would like to mention that the assigned members of the Human Rights Rapporteur are unqualified for their assignment. Because misleading the UN by using all illegal, unofficial and un verified way of collecting baseless lies , fabricated and wrong information for their Report. I kindly request to dismiss them and to be replaced by qualified Personal.

First of all the Human Rights Rapport is misleading, reporting not verified and fabricated stories with full of lies which does not represent Eritrea's population in diaspora or inside Eritrea. It is very shame to accuse a Nation, a Population and Government based on wrong and forged data collected mostly from Tens of thousands of Ethiopians, Sudanese, Somalis and other Africans have been prompted to seek refugee status posing as “Eritreans” due to the perceived ease of acquiring refugee status under this label. Eritrea is still under illegal Sanction which has been unable to conclusively prove the State of Eritrea maintains a credible link to Al-Shabaab in violation of United Nations resolutions. The most the UN monitors have been able to achieved were its damning findings in 2011 that Eritrea had overtly supported Al-Shabaab from its embassy in Nairobi (but this was prior to the passage of Security Council resolution 1907). Unless the Human Rights Rapporteur stops using invalid method of fake data collection with an intention to harm the people of Eritreans, the will no way to allow the Rapporteur to enter Eritrea. Therefore I urge the United Nations 1. An end to Ethiopia’s illegal occupation of sovereign Eritrean territories, including the town of Badme 2. An immediate and unconditional implementation of the border demarcation process as required by the 13-year old, final and binding, Eritrea-Ethiopia Boundary Commission decision; 3. An end to the illegal UN sanctions imposed on Eritrea on December 2009, and then December 2011, which have long been proven to be based on totally fabricated and falsified “evidence” by Ethiopia and its enablers. 4. And end to all the politically motivated and deliberate misrepresentation of Eritrea’s human rights record and the undeserved vilification of Eritrea. 5. the so called Human Rights Rapport to Stop the ill-conceived UN Human Rights Rapporteur invalid way of collecting wrong data on Eritrea , 6. s

I am completely against the UN and its machineries currently continue to Sanction Eritrea unjustly causing misery to ordinary Eritreans. This was done through allegations and through reports, which was admitted to be baseless. and against all the odds of UN Human Rights Rapporteur is currently campaigning and instigating human right accusation against our beloved Mother land Eritrea.

The Commission of inquiry report on Eritrea is collected from nameless and faceless individual refugees who were compelled to testify against the Government of Eritrea in exchange of favorable settlement statues,counseled by anti Eritrean criminal traitors and deserters. The Rapporteur Shiela Ketheruth lacks impartiality,Independent,relevant expertise knowledge on the field, integrity and objectivity which is morally degraded not only to Eritrea but to the entirety Universal Declaration of Human Right spirit and mandate .

The UN Human Rights Rapporteur report does not reflect the true nature of the ERitrean culture and way of life. It is all based of false accusation fabricated lies. Its main objectives are to bring down the Eritrean government and install the puppet one that has no vision for the people of Eritrea. Yes the are issues in Eritrea that needs to be addressed and make changes but that is the issue that will be addressed within the Eritreans, just like any other nations. The UN Rapporteur has no business in making a keen effort to bring about change thru violence in Eritrea. Please do not defame our people and culture and way of life thru lies and only lies.

You have the duty to perform responsibly and with justice. People's (nations') fate is absolutely not a game, fear thy Creator or values if you have any and stop persecuting with your unjust sanctions a faultless nation of Eritrea and its noble people!
