I strongly believe that the allegation you made against the government of Eritrea is not substantiated. The number one thing you should be focusing to bring peace in the area is by shouldering your responsibility to enforce Ethiopia to accept demarcation of the boundary. Otherwise, as long as a country with a population of 90 million is constantly waging war against Eritrea, the government of Eritrea has every right to defend its boundary. Let us not forget that during situation like this the US had to take harsh measures against draft dodgers. Fine of up to $250,000 and/or imprisonment of up to 5 years. We know that Ethiopia is behind this. We also know that Ethiopia won't sleep until Eritrea is bent to its knees so that they can have control of the port cities.

Dear Members of the UN Human Rights Council Members and the Commission of Inquiry on the Human Rights Situation in Eritrea. the Human Rights Rapport is misleading, reporting not verified and fabricated stories with full of lies which does not represent Eritrea's population in diaspora or inside Eritrea. It is shame to accuse a Nation, and Government based on wrong and forged data collected mostly from Ethiopian regime and some mercenary Eritrean traitor that have never been in Eritrea well paid to lie about Eritrean government to archive their political goal. The Commission of inquiry report on Eritrea is collected from nameless and faceless individual refugees who were compelled to testify against the Government of Eritrea in exchange of favorable settlement statues, counseled by anti-Eritrean criminal traitors and deserters. The Rapporteur Shiela Ketheruth lacks impartiality, Independent, relevant expertise knowledge on the field, integrity and objectivity which is morally degraded not only to Eritrea but to the entirety Universal Declaration of Human Right spirit and mandate. I have been in Eritrea several times with my 3children and Me and my children, a living witness that Eritrea is far away from that you trying to demonizes the people of Eritrea and the government of Eritrea .i felt it very peaceful nation I do enjoyed it. And again i went 2014 I stayed almost two months so it is a peaceful nation. The Eritrean Government and people of Eritrea are hardworking, and make sure that Eritrea stands on its own feet, I have been in Sawa, Keren, afabet, Nakfa ... etc the people engage to develop Eritrea and depend On its own resources to the better life.
