The commission of inquiry on Human Rights in Eritrea is trying to defame our country Eritrea with their fabricated COIE report which was written through incorrect data collected from the enemies of Eritrea so I would like my voice to be heard.

I opposed to COIE report against Eritrea and Eritrean.

ear Members of the UN Human Rights Council and the Commission of Inquiry on the Human Rights situation in Eritrea I am very disappointed by the allegations in the Commission of Inquiry Report on Human Rights in Eritrea. Especially what is said about national service not being necesessary and being like slavery. The national service has helped to create a new generation who work together with people from different ethnic groups in rebuilding and defending the country. When I visit Eritrea and speak to my family and friends, they give me a positive impression of their national service experience. They come back matured and with life experience. National Service in Eritrea is very necessary for these reasons and because the border dispute is still not settled - Ethiopia is still occuping Ertirean territories. It is also unfair to highlight Eritrea's National Service in this way when there are many countries around the world which require national service including: Brazil, Denmark, Iran, Israel, North and South Korea, Switzerland and Turkey. Eritrea's reasons for having a national service are no different. Pinpointing Eritrea with false allegations based on unsupported statements by a selection of people is not fair. I sign this petition because I believe that the policy of the United States and Ethiopia, for the last 20 years, has been nothing but destabilizing Eritrea. The "human rights" data that are collected are exaggerated and are set to serve an interest of the United States and Ethiopia. Ironically, the human rights violation against Eritrea in some ways are similar to that of Libia in 2011. Recently the leaked emails of Hilary Clinton reveled the purpose of the "human rights" violations against Libia and how they were FALSE. Look at Libia today, they took 20 steps back; though they were promised to take many steps forward. When something very similar is unfolding right in front of the Eritrean people, they should be conscious enough to not be fooled. Since America is so eager to serve "democracy" and "freedom", in the Horn of Africa, It should start by lifting the ILLEGAL and ERRONEOUS sanctions, which are hurting the Eritrean economy, and playing a role in the migration of Eritrean youth. Second, it should abide by international law and have Ethiopia withdrawal from Eritrea's land. These steps are extremely helpful towards serving "democracy" and "freedom". But the question we should ask is that, is America really trying to solve the problem? Sadly the answer is no! Simply America wants Eritrea to follow the footsteps of Libia and conscious Eritreans REFUSE to see that!

The commission is biased, corrupt and does not have the intention to find the truth. The commission is lying, therefore this commission has to be stopped. Thank you Dready

As an Eritrean citizens I reject the bogus 'mandate' of the COIEritrea.

Please stop from liar about eritrea. ..,you have n.t any reponsipilyt about human right in eritrea about the people of eritrea , because why today ....you care about human vilonce now ,why before 1991....,why not took your responsiplity on illegal acpution of ethiopian rengem in eritrean toriters,....why now care about the way to developing the nation by selfrelince to making distabilized......! I am against the biased COI Report ON ERITREA. I travel to Eritrea regularly and don't recognise the allegations of human rights violations mentioned in the report.

I hereby oppose the report of the human right watch. I am a student studying International Business in Germany and I have been to Eritrea several times. I have never been confronted of any human right violations nor any kind of mistreatment of my fellow people. Moreover the accusations of the raping scandals in Eritrea are something I have never heard before. We are caring people with respect for altruism hence these incriminations are just wrong. I was always welcomed with open arms although I am an Eritrean who was born and raised in Germany. The accusations are a result of fake propaganda in order to once again harm an emerging nation, which is attending to conduct sovereign economic activities. The magnitude of this petition should be reason and clarification enough that we are fed up with the continuously lies we have to face and should show that this young nation deserves a fair place in this world.
