Such Gangs in CRA and Your Collections!!! For less than few dollars loan ,

If we aware of your schools 's Fraudulence and racist, we did not need Your loan.

Call for student ‘s loan change, particularly for those, schools caused health damage, life damage, faced barrier, those who were Misrepresented or disadvantaged due to vulnerability , race and health,

Now we paying back more damage from government and Canada CRA , ignorantly what has been brought up to our health and financial life . This is the Dummy Capitalism system.

Student Loan regulation must be change and immediate forgiveness, for the following:

Before: Education suppose to be free of tuition, every one has to access right Barring free education. Canadian educations system is totally a business rather than education, vulnerable status , Race, health, face rail rooting educations after being robbed and pay the tuition. Kids from Poor family student can be a doctor engineer , only school opened for rich even no intellectual.

The Student loan is going to be harassment and damaging life and health if poor vulnerability status or race , face a student barrier, or disadvantaging in the school....

The student Loan Must to be Automatically wave out immediately for the Following Reasons instead of harassing a person with poor by collections or putting ticket on income tax double harassment, financial damaged by CRA

1- Any one who was not able to finish school. as result of health, or Misrepresenting from School.

2- Any one suffers with any health conditions ( not making excuse for only severe person with disability ) my question is , if some one suffer with health condition ( like Migraine, chest pains Asthma) do those, has to suffer with harassment after harassment, blocking income tax while many of those suffer with poor financial and being insolvent.

3- Any who has low income, less than 1500 dollars per month ( single person ) must be free of repaying student Loan .

4- Any one who Was in the school before The new Law, and forgiveness was different, but was denied forgiveness ,, E.g. provincial forgiveness suppose to be 3.5 years after federal forgiveness, ( if the student was still with same financial hardship, or poor health with same medical note ) provincial denied

this for so many students at that time . Then loan went to collection after such misleads, now excusing that law changed! provincial and federal are same agencies! and staff of federal in student 's loan office will suffer all under bunches of lies.

5- ODSP or not ODSP. Collections with utmost rude actions, telling people < if your are ODSP, your loan will be forgive, but if your are not ODSP, you must apply for severe person with disability 's from through Canada Student Loan office. my question is < how much this government and its Minister, collection and Canada student loan office can be really and seriously racist, asking a non ODSP 's disability to Apply for Severe Person with disability to be illegible for forgiveness, while many ODSP's working and are not severe person with disability, How could. this severe person with disability. was not under ODSP up to now,. the only Canadian government was a racist!

No matter, ODSP or non ODSP, Law does not descript a person with disability as person under ODSP, Canadian Law ; Descripts a Person with disability who suffer with mental or physical health condition more than one year .

and the loan must be forgive for those are with disability, Particularly those who are not receiving any government 's benefit. those are more suffers finding job and loosing job from time to time due to health. government of Canada, who hiding scandal in the system , ignoring and harassing such person with disabilities who has no employment support even!( employment's agencies who are government 's agent . have shown zero corporation for such person with disability as well as cities playing game around those people ).

Government Collection and its rule is serious burden for those disability has no access to loan forgives or better employment.

5- New law about only severe person with disability or being under ODSP to get loan forgiveness . is legalising harassment for ill people who suffers with health condition but not under ODSP.
