I am currently drafting a formal request for the Board of Directors to initiate a special meeting regarding the Davenport Drive project. Several homeowners have sent private messages detailing specific safety concerns that I am compiling for our upcoming presentation.

The number of households backing this request has now surpassed the threshold required to force a review by the Board. I am currently drafting a formal letter to the HOA leadership to demand a special meeting date for this proposal.
