Join your local Cllr, Paula Walker in making Prince of Wales safer.

We the undersigned ask that Wandsworth Council takes traffic calming measures to slow traffic along Prince of Wales Drive and to identify those who drive dangerously and breach the speed limit.

Prince of Wales Drive is used as a cut-through and existing speed bumps are not effective in stopping speeding and dangerous driving. The area is next to Battersea Park with a high number of vulnerable pedestrians, young children, older people and people with dogs all trying to cross the road.

This pandemic has highlighted the benefits of enjoying our open spaces and the current dangerous driving makes this right a potential danger.

Please will the Director of Environment and Community Services at Wandsworth Council take measures to keep us safe and respond to this petition detailing the actions he will take to prevent loss of life.
